Trattoria in Italy is a more family style, home cooking kind of restaurant. In Tuscany and Emilia Romagna trattoria is very popular, especially on Sundays. Families gather together, jump in the car and drive thru unwinding roads among the green hills to get a big juicy grilled steak, or rosemary roasted suckling pig with potatoes, tortellini and ravioli, big bowls of soups.  Here at Canneti we recreated the feelings and the food of those Sundays!
